So many of us have restructured our life, our relationships, and our work during the pandemic. And we got better at many things which we had no idea was possible.

SPRING VACATION WORTH TAKING
As the world slowly pulls out of the lockdowns and restrictions, Spring 2021 is a great time for a getaway that will make you forget the quarantine and help you feel invigorated again.
Dubai, known for luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture and a lively nightlife scene, has kept its
borders open for most of the last year. The motto of this Persian Gulf city has been "business as usual, with more caution."
The approach paid off as Dubai continued to draw tourism from around the world yet managed to stay safe. While other countries remained closed, the UAE, and particularly Dubai, showed that if you can’t beat it, live with it.
Since the historic signing of the Abraham Accords with Israel, Fleishman-Peles brought hundreds of visitors to Dubai on a weekly basis.
If you are trying to avoid large crowds look no further than the island nation of Seychelles located in the Indian Ocean, off East Africa.

BACK TO SANITY
If there ever was a time to appreciate the value of socialization and celebrations, it was this past year when none of them were happening.

Despite strict limitations in many countries, the visionary producers at Fleishman-Peles were able to think outside of the box and
serve clients' needs in innovative ways. We came up with immersive platforms and solutions suited to organizations, companies, or families.
​
One major breakthrough was the opening of our multimedia center which includes a professional studio for broadcasting live and hybrid events. To date, we hosted a combined of over 200,000 viewers worldwide.
Our hi-tech avatar-based virtual platform that is combined with live broadcasts for conferences and team-building activities showed the importance of inter-connectivity for audiences both young and old.
We didn't neglect in-person events either. We were able to facilitate weddings in open countries such as Greece during the summer, and in Dubai, since December while following local health precautions,
The good news is that Israel is once again an option to host your event. Since March 1, 2021, the country has permitted the organization of large-scale events of up to 5,000 participants in open-air arenas. This is definitely the
time to come back to the Holy Land!
A JERUSALEM DREAM
Israel is leading the way in post-Covid recovery, having led a successful "Returning to Life" vaccination drive for its citizens. It is reaching a vaccination rate of 75%. So much so, that Israel is now assisting other countries with their vaccination supplies and coordination.
While Israel's economy took a hit during the pandemic, the real estate market remains strong and few transactions were put on hold.
